We make it easy to create an unforgettable wellness event right at your workplace, gym, or retreat space. Our mobile contrast therapy setup includes a guided experience with our custom sauna and cold plunge — all handled by a trained facilitator, so you can just show up and soak it in.

• We come to you — set up at your business, event, or private location

• Fully guided sessions with optional breathwork, movement, or intention setting

• Custom sauna + cold plunge setup

• Setup, breakdown, and cleanup handled by our team

• Perfect for employee wellness days, team building, retreats, and private events

💰 Pricing:

• 1 Hour Session: $375

• 2 Hour Session + Setup/Cleanup: $500 flat rate
  (Includes setup, takedown, and 2 full hours of contrast therapy)
