If you’re looking for an authentic wood fire sauna experience, fire + ice ticks all the boxes. The sauna is spacious and the dry heat is amazing, great to have the cold plunge tubs right there too. Lovely relaxing space to chill out after, attached to a gym so perfect for a session post workout class. The owners are really friendly and knowledgable - would recommend!

What a find at Fire & Ice! This place has the only wood-burning sauna in town, and it packs some serious heat (hotter than any sauna I’ve tried). The four outdoor cold plunges are fantastic and give you such a strong connection to nature. The owner nailed it with a space that feels like a true escape. The vibe is relaxing, unique, and totally rejuvenating!
